We request manage_comments so a future auto-reply feature can answer product questions. Off by default. You control it.

Common questions

Before you sign up.

Yes. Instagram's API only permits business or creator accounts. Switching takes ~30 seconds inside the IG app (Settings → Account type).

Every extraction lands as a draft — nothing publishes until you press Publish. You can edit, reject, or bulk-approve from the Review step.

No DMs, no follower lists, no tagged photos — all blocked at the API level. We do request permission to read comments on your own posts, but we only use it when you turn on auto-reply (which is off today). We never read comments on other people's accounts, and we never write to Instagram.

The 3% covers the AI-drafted product catalogue, your hosted storefront at your.instantlystore.com (no domain, no hosting, no code), bilingual EN/繁中 routing, a real checkout instead of DM back-and-forth, and an order inbox. Stripe's standard card fee (currently ~3.4% + HK$2.35) is the same rate you'd pay on Shopify or any other platform. On HK$10,000 of monthly sales that's roughly HK$300 to us plus ~HK$390 to Stripe — most alternatives charge the Stripe fee **and** a monthly subscription on top.

Your storefront goes offline immediately. Your data export (products, orders, customers as CSV) is downloadable for 30 days. Stripe payouts for completed orders continue on their schedule.
